Hands and Feet Reflexology - Dry Massage

Hand and Foot Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your hands and feet. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet and hands. 30 min Stretch Me

Developed by Aaron Mattes, Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) is a dynamic system for improving your flexibility and overall well-being. As you probably already know, stretching your muscles not only reduces your chance of injury, but also strengthens your tendons and improves your circulation.

This process is done on Massage table or floor mat - no oils or lotions are involved.

1 hr Swedish Table Massage

Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Includes - 1 hour massage with oils focusing from face to feet / front to back. 

1 hr Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body using hot oils. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

1 hr  includes - Table massage focusing on relieving tension by using elbow, fists, forearms, fingertips, knees , massage gun ( upon request) with hot oil

1 Hr Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Includes - 1 hr massage focusing from face to toe including stomach area .

(You can asked to only provide 1 hr to only midsection area or certain parts )

Zen Treatment ( All-in-One)

Received Chair and Massage Table session with organic oils and lotions  - Aromatherapy, therapeutic mat, which naturally decrease your inflammation and pain (brings you back grounded). 10 min chair massage with 1hr all-in-one massage full body front and back, foot and hand reflexology, soothing music, arm, leg, and hip stretches.  If you choose no chair and full 70 minutes on table - that is ok as well. Please inform Therapist on your decision.

All in one - includes a mixture of massage techniques: Deep tissue, Swedish, and Thai with pressure points. 

Zen Treatment is based off your needs - meaning in some of your body areas you may need deep tissue with a stretch along with pressure points. Other parts of your body may need a softer touch - swedish.  The therapist tends to listen to your body of what he or she needs.
